Pickled Walnuts

Gold at the 2025 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. The judges said our pickled walnuts were ‘an impressive, complex product, which would pair beautifully with ham,’ and ‘an excellent product featuring quality walnuts in a punchy, flavourful brine and a lovely use of spices.’
