Our family business uses sustainable agricultural practices to grow our walnuts in the cool climate and deep alluvial soils of the Coal River valley in southern Tasmania. Our walnuts and pickled walnuts have a flavour that is second to none!

Our premium walnut kernel will delight your customers with its sweet and creamy taste. We crack our walnuts to order, so the product you receive is at its freshest, ensuring great flavour and a 12 month shelf life.
We sell walnut kernel loose in 3kg or 12kg boxes, or in 1kg vacuum-sealed packets.
We also sell our 200gm kernel pouches in boxes of 30.
Our pickled walnuts – young fruit picked in summer before the shell has formed – are based on a traditional English recipe and adapted with a Tasmanian flavour, using local apple cider vinegar from Lost Pippin. The vinegar is perfectly balanced with sweetness and a blend of spices.
They come whole in the jar with pickling liquid, ready to be sliced and served on a cheese platter, or crumbled over savoury dishes, such as eggs, or risotto. Traditionally, they also pair very well with beef.
We sell pickled walnuts in 2.13kg jars for food service.
We also sell our 315g jars in boxes of 12.
Our in-shell walnuts are a large size (30mm +) and are easy to open. Nothing beats the flavour of a freshly cracked walnut!
We sell in-shell walnuts in sacks of 35 x 500gm net bags, and loose in 10kg sacks.
