Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund outside of your consumer guarantees under law, you must be willing to return your products to us in an airtight container or package such as a ziplock bag. We will provide a shipping label for your use. At our discretion, we may ask for a photo of the product(s) as an alternative to shipping.

Products that are consumed more than 10% of their sealed weight are not eligible for a refund outside of your consumer guarantees under law.

Shipping and Item Error Considerations: If a product is missing from an order, we will provide a refund for the missing item only. If an order is lost in shipping, we will refund the amount or offer to resend the order, but note that if an order can be shown as to be delivered such as through a tracking number, we reserve the right not to provide a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and you must be the original purchaser of the good(s).

Note that if you have purchased products as a business, refunds will be provided on a case-by-case basis unless the product arrives spoiled or not as described.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
